1. All dogs & cats must be suitably restrained upon entering the premises.

2. Vaccinations & Deworming
2.1. All dogs need to be 4 months and older to stay at Brigadoon and be fully vaccinated and dewormed.
2.2. Deworming needs to be current ie. within 3 months of the date of stay at Brigadoon for both dogs and cats.
2.3. Dogs and cats need to be vaccinated annually from 1 to 3 years old yearly. Thereafter every 3 years vaccinations will suffice. From the age of 10 years cats and dogs who have a full history of previous vaccinations do not need to be revaccinated to stay at Brigadoon.
2.4. Deworming, flea and tick measures all need to be up to date and current at time of stay at Brigadoon.
2.5. All dogs for daycare and for the small dog and large dog hotels need to be sterilized. Only dogs booked into a private cabin do not need to be sterilized.
2.6. A veterinary booklet with vaccinations and deworming must be provided to us.

3. To confirm a booking at Brigadoon, a 50% non -refundable deposit is required.

4. The boarding fee quoted includes:
Bedding,
Accommodation,
Food bowls,
Toys/chews,
Daily Walks,
1 Whatsapp per day update on your pet/s.

5. You are required to bring your pets daily diet and if applicable, any medication with clear instructions for administering.

6. The deposit is due upon presentation of invoice and the balance one month prior to commencement of stay at Brigadoon.

8. Check in and check out times are as follows:
Weekdays
Check in: 7-9:30am
Check out: 2-4pm

Weekends & Public Holidays
Check in: 8-9am
Check out : 4-5pm

9. Should your pet/s need any veterinary attention whatsoever, you will be contacted immediately and any fees incurred will be for your account.

10. If your pet is joining our daycare during their stay &/ booked at our social hotel, please understand nicks, cuts, and injuries can happen when dogs play together and even though they are supervised at all times, it can still happen.

Partial Refund for Cancellations Made 1 Month Prior
(Please note all deposits are non refundable)

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we will provide a partial refund if the cancellation is made at least 1 month prior to the scheduled arrival date & you have already paid in full.

Cancellations Made Less Than 1 Month Prior

Unfortunately, any cancellations made less than 1 month before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. This is due to the limited time available to fill the booking and ensure the best possible service for our pet guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

To help us provide the best possible care for your beloved companion, we kindly ask that you please inform us of any special needs or behaviors your pet may have. Whether it's a tendency to jump fences, being an escape artist, or a touch of anxiety, your insights help us tailor our care to suit their unique personality.

It is the onus of the owner of the said pet/s to disclose all medical concerns, medications, and any other specifications of the boarding pet/s. It is imperative that all pet/s are currently up to date with vaccinations, flea and tick measures, and deworming prior to boarding at Brigadoon.

Brigadoon and its staff will not be held liable for any illness, injury, death, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your pet's stay with us.

While we take every precaution to maintain a clean and secure environment, accidents can sometimes occur despite our best efforts. Therefore, we kindly request your understanding of this policy.
