Finding a Pet Hotel that one trusts, makes going out of town so much easier. Fiona’s genuine love for animals is evident in the way she handles them and gets to know them each on a personal level. I am so happy that I found Fiona and Brigadoon to take care of my baby Zulu while I am away. She truly takes care of him as if he is her own and he always comes back so happy and exhausted from all of the play!
Brigadoon isn’t like a kennel or boarding facility; it is like another home he gets to go to for a holiday filled with love and fun!
We were also running late on our way back from holiday as the roads had so much traffic on and Fiona was so kind and understanding toward the situation, she didn’t mind at all to keep them for the extra bit and even gave them dinner while we were still on our way. I would 100% recommend Brigadoon Luxury Pet Resort & Daycare & Spa. They are an independent small business that makes sure your furry friend gets enough individual attention, love and care.
Their facilities are also immaculate and your pet will most definitely feel like they are on a holiday in a doggie hotel while you are away. Thank you Brigadoon and Fiona! So happy to have come across you.

BRIGADOON DOGGY DAY CARE AND SPA – SIMPLY THE BEST
I recently started looking for a doggy day care. I googled establishments in my area and filled in the online forms – and got absolutely no response. I happened to see Fiona in her beautifully branded doggy school bus and wrote down the name.
Googled Brigadoon and found a beautiful website with loads of information. Filled in the online inquiry and got a response within minutes. Went out to Kyalami – with doglet in tow – to meet Fiona and look at the facilities. What a delight to meet someone who is so passionate about her business and most of all, her furry clients.
Numbers are kept to 10 per day and they have all sorts of activities and things to do and space to roam around in.
Photos sent every day and on his first day, Sam got a report card!!
Being with Fiona has transformed Sam from being a sufferer of chronic separation anxiety, and an epic FOMO, into this happy chappy who can’t wait to leap into her arms every morning.
Brigadoon is the answer to every pet owners prayers.
We get regular updates on how he’s doing when we’re away – it’s such a relief to have a safe space for our pooch when he can’t come with us.

We love Brigadoon! Fiona is amazing and loves and cares for her furry guests like they’re her own. Our boy, Popcorn, has such a great time and always comes back home happy, cared for and relaxed – it’s his very own doggy vacation😉🐾 We appreciate all the regular updates from Fiona while he is staying there and it gives us such peace of mind to know he is being given love and care while we are away.

Our kids Missy & Diesel had an awesome holiday at Brigadoon with Fiona. They were well fed, walked and loved

The facilities were great and the area was so perfect especially for my extremely anxious Staffie. No fireworks in that area due to it being surrounded by horse farms.
We’ll definitely send them there for another holiday 
I would highly recommend Brigadoon. Our beagle is always well looked after and Fiona is amazing with the animals. She also always checks up on us after we get home. We recently used the transport service too and it worked really well.
