Outdoor kitty cabanas
6 separate log cabins fully enclosed each with their own private garden,
separated from the dog section & fully walled in a serene garden setting.
The log cabins are insulated and have a flap entrance so stay nice and cosy and secluded should they be more indoor kitties. These cabanas are created for the more adventurous and outdoor loving felines. They each have their own catnip patch & lawn. There are flower beds between all the units to provide a natural and safe sneeze and scratch barrier so the cats cannot make contact with their neighbours. Each unit can house up to 3 cats from the same family only. The cats are not mixed together at any time. There is a double gate system in place & fully enclosed for feline safety measures. The kitty cabanas was designed this way to allow the cats to be able to feel they are outdoor & free to roam and see their environment, birds, insects etc and to enjoy the communal bird bath for some entertainment. The indoor catteries are more likely to attract & host bacteria & viruses while our approach is more natural and appealing to felines who enjoy the great outdoors.

Jasmin, my 13 year old mini Schnauzer, and Squintie my cat , have been to Brigadoon kennels (hotel?) three times during the past 2 months. Each stay was a week long. Jasmin has never been to boarding kennels and as she also suffers from seperation anxiety, I was very concerned about leaving her at Brigadoon. Social hotel
9 sleeping quarters that can easily house 2 pets (from the same family only).
It is just for sleep. Each unit has an orthopedic mattress, duvet and pillows. The dogs are free to roam and socialise, swim and play in the attached garden on the hotel or sit infront in the patio section and catch some sun. There is a communal lounge area for the dogs inside to enjoy the radio & tv. The hotel is decorated & painted like a childs nursery and has a very homely feel. Suitable only for small & medium and socialised pets who enjoy being social butterflies.
The hotel is fully insulated and requires no additional heating/cooling. Pets are only separated to eat and sleep in their respective family unit. Bedtime snacks & tucking in comes standard at the hotel.
• Dogs that are staying overnight or on holiday get walked daily & have free play time as well (individually for the dogs who wish to be more selective in their socializing)
