Jasmin, my 13 year old mini Schnauzer, and Squintie my cat , have been to Brigadoon kennels (hotel?) three times during the past 2 months. Each stay was a week long. Jasmin has never been to boarding kennels and as she also suffers from seperation anxiety, I was very concerned about leaving her at Brigadoon. However, with Fiona's loving care Jasmin quickly integrated and mixed happily with all her new friends. I received daily photographs of both of them to put my mind at ease. Both my pets came home relaxed and well fed every time. I have no hesitation to recommend Brigadoon kennels as your go-to kennels for your furry family members. Absolutely wonderful experience for our special-needs Yorkie girl! Fiona and team are kind, loving and took great care of our rescue; who felt right at home within minutes. We even received a little treat pack, that our doggo can't get enough of. Will definitely make use of their affordable services again when needed.

Brigadoon was the absolute best place to leave our doggo when we were away. We never felt uncomfortable checking in and loved the occasional picture update to assure us he was happy. Not sure we'll find what Fiona offers now we have left Joburg. Thank you, Fiona, Sergie misses you!

And this is exactly what I look for! Brigadoon looked after my two adult cats for 10 (+2 extra) days, and accommodated them at short notice with pleasure! My Cheeses came back home looking healthier and more relaxed than when I dropped them off! And may I add, what a beautiful and kind person, thank you Aunty Fiona!!!! X x x
